Demolition and Preparation
Our skilled demolition crews can remove existing material from a single room or an entire building. We are experienced in all types of commercial flooring including specialty carpets/carpet tiles, sheet Vinyl, Vinyl Tile, Vinyl Cove Work, and heat welding seam treatment. We install Ceramic/Quarry tile floors and walls including mortar and thinset applications. NFI operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to accommodate any schedule for noise and chemical restraints. NFI will go above and beyond to ensure your schedule stays on track.
Service
NFI has an experienced service department specializing in solving post installation problems. NFI has made tremendous growth through setting up service accounts to maintain existing floors for customers like Safeway, QFC, AT&T, MIT Housing Authorities, and others alike. Each maintenance account is set up with pre-approved annual pricing, as well as, pre-selected materials to ensure a smooth and timely product.
